Do I need previous experience for your training?

No. I've trained a variety of people in my time as a fitness counselor and wellness coach, everyone from children to seniors. From professional competitors, athletes, folks recovering from injuries, to obese men and women looking for an answer. I have developed training methods to help those with traumatic brain injuries, mobility issues and medical restrictions. I perform a thorough fitness evaluation before I create a specialized program for anyone, therefore clients need no prior knowledge to get started.

Do you offer a trial for your training sessions?

I offer a free zoom (or phone) consultation that allows you to explain everything that motivates you and the areas in your life that you need help with. During this 30 minute call I can share how I can help based on your needs.

How long is the initial consultation?

The initial free consultation is 30 minutes. During this call we discuss the areas that you'd like to address and how I can help. The second time we will meet will be for an hour long meeting where I will take a full history and we will do a physical evaluation. The physical evaluation will help me determine how to train you and what areas should be a priority.

Do you offer virtual classes, or just on-site training?

I offer on-site training, meaning I can train at a gym or come to your home. While I have the capability of providing virtual meetings, I prefer in-person training. The type of training that I offer incorporates very detailed form and maneuvers. It is important that I am able to thoroughly evaluate each movement and make changes as necessary. I offer individual training and can make arrangements for families to train together. I do not offer large classes at this time.

I offer one-on-one training and can make arrangements for families to train together. I do not offer large classes at this time.

What is the cost?

The world is full of personal trainers ranging in price. I have dedicated my life to learning what helps people and I have built a stellar reputation on that foundation of knowledge and expertise. I wish I could offer my knowledge for free to help everyone, but unfortunately I can't! I charge per $80 per hour and I ask that my clients commit to a 12 week program (travel fees may apply). We tailor that program to what works for you both physically and financially.  I have family rates that vary on the size of the group and can be discussed during our initial call.

Is there a minimum amount of training?

I train in a way that teaches you how to exercise and how to get the body you want. I give you the knowledge that you can use forever and don't always need a trainer by your side. I ask that my clients commit to at least a 12 week program to start. We tailor that program to what works for you both physically and financially.  After that 12 week initial program, you decide how you want to proceed. I am always happy to continue to help if needed.
